Needle insertion for infraclavicular block

For ultrasound guided infraclavicular block, place the transducer in a parasagittal orientation just medial to the coracoid process and caudal to the clavicle. Insert the needle in plane to the transducer with a cephalad to caudad trajectory at a steep dorsal inferior angle.
