Bronchiectasis in a child after graft-versus-host disease

Bronchiectasis in a child 2 years post-bone marrow transplant and graft-versus-host disease. Also seen is a mosaic pattern with vascular attenuation in regions of both lungs, indicating the likely presence of bronchiolitis obliterans.
