(A) Lateral radiograph of the elbow demonstrates a joint effusion causing elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pads (arrows) and a cortical break (arrow head).
(B) AP radiograph demonstrates a subtle fracture lucency and trabecular irregularity of the supracondylar humerus (thick arrow). Note also the mid radial and ulnar diaphyseal fractures (dashed arrows).
