Scapholunate advanced collapse wrist

The radiograph above shows the wrist of a patient who presented in delayed fashion following an injury. This posterior anterior view taken with the patient's fist clenched, shows an abnormal widening at the scapholunate articulation (arrow), early proximal migration of the capitate (arrowhead), and radioscaphoid joint space narrowing (dashed arrow).
