Systemic mastocytosis: Bone marrow mast cells - Tryptase staining

The bone marrow shows multifocal dense infiltrates (arrow) of abnormal appearing spindle-shaped mast cells, which are typically located near thickened bony trabeculae. Tryptase staining (brown) is positive.
