The ASDAM 2016 Conference gets together researchers working in the field of semiconductor devices and microsystems again. It is already an established meeting of scientists prevalently from Europe but also from the USA and Asia. The new results of the research endeavour in the field of advanced semiconductor devices will be referred-to in the Conference sessions. The Conference has confirmed its reputation in the last few years as an already well-known meeting, not large in the number of participants but by the scientific level of their contributions and its nice surroundings providing very agreeable atmosphere for discussions and exchange of recently reached results of different laboratories. ASDAMâ16 is the 11th ASDAM Conference, being organized every second year since 1996 in Smolenice Castle, Slovakia.
