It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 12th edition of CNSM, the IEEE/IFIP/ACM International Conference on Network and Service Management. It has been our privilege to organize the twelfth edition of this event at l'Ãcole de Technologie Supériere (ÃTS) in Montreal, one of the biggest engineering schools in Canada. This year, we received 116 submissions out of which 17 papers were accepted to the main conference full-paper track, 19 to the short-paper track and 11 to the mini-conference track, after a thorough review process. The papers cover a variety of relevant and timely topics such as software defined networking, network virtualization, network function virtualization, resource management, monitoring, measurement and analysis, and security. Paper presentations are organized into 6 technical sessions, 2 poster sessions, and 3 mini-conference sessions. The conference program is complemented by a tutorial, and 2 co-located workshops.
