Patients recovering from a quadriceps muscle strain may benefit from a thigh wrap like that described here as they return to full activity:
(A) Place elastic wrap on the anterior midthigh distal to the painful site.
(B) Apply wrap in an upward and lateral direction, encircling the thigh.
