* Definition: two determinations of PSA >0.20 ng/mL.
¶ Factors to consider include age, comorbidity, PSA kinetics, Gleason grade, and prognostic factors at original diagnosis.
Δ Minimum dose 66 Gy to the prostate bed; for most men, we add 6 months of ADT. Inclusion of the pelvic lymph nodes in the radiation field should be discussed with men. (Refer to UpToDate text.)
