Bridge exercises

Bridge exercises
Bridge exercises are useful for developing strength in the posterior chain, including the musculature of the low back, hips (eg, gluteals), and hamstrings. A number of variations are pictured above. Those involving an unstable base (eg, exercise ball) are more challenging and should only be introduced after the patient demonstrates adequate strength with exercises performed on a stable base.
