Triage amalgamated dermoscopic algorithm

* Diagnosis of dermatofibroma and seborrheic keratosis may require toggling between polarized dermoscopy and nonpolarized dermoscopy.

¶ Algorithm is based on use of polarized dermoscopy.

Δ Patients should continue self-monitoring, and changes in morphology or symptoms should raise concern.

◊ Ulceration without history of trauma.

§ White color including shiny structures, circles, and scar-like areas.
