(A) Coronal computed tomography (soft tissue windows) demonstrates multiple areas of bony erosion and expansion along both medial orbital walls, the maxillary sinuses, and the ethmoid roof with extension intracranially. Note the differential densities on soft tissue windowing.
(B) Bone windows of the same patient after surgery and adjuvant medical therapy demonstrate complete evacuation of the fungal debris and polyps, essential for long-term treatment of allergic fungal rhinosinusitis.
