Tibial stress fracture MRI

In image A, a fracture line can be seen that extends across approximately 80 percent of cortex. A lateral view of the same stress fracture (B) shows the fracture line crossing the entire antero-posterior width of the tibia. In image C, a stress fracture of the proximal anterior tibia has a stellate appearance and is surrounded by edema.
