Normal anteroposterior and oblique non-weight-bearing radiographs of the foot

Normal anteroposterior and oblique non-weight-bearing radiographs of the foot
Normal anteroposterior and oblique non-weight-bearing radiographs of the foot. The arrow on the left marks the medial border of the second metatarsal, which should align directly with the medial border of the middle cuneiform. Any comminution or bony fragments within the circled area should raise suspicion for a Lisfranc injury. The arrow on the right indicates the medial border of the fourth metatarsal, which should align directly with the medial border of the cuboid on the oblique radiograph of the foot.
