Dosage Range

Children: Oral suspension:

15 to <20 kg: 175 mg twice daily

20 to 30 kg: 175 mg 3 times daily

>30 kg: 350 mg twice daily

Adults:

Oral capsule: 300 mg 2 to 3 times daily

Oral suspension: 350 mg twice daily
