Reported Use
Treatment of acute myocardial infarction (MI) within 24 hours in hemodynamically stable patients; treatment of mild to moderate hypertension
Dosage Range
Oral: Adults:
Acute myocardial infarction (within 24 hours in hemodynamically stable patients): Oral: 7.5 mg every 12 hours for 48 hours, then 15 mg every 12 hours for the next 48 hours, and then 30 mg every 12 hours for ≥6 weeks.
Hypertension: Initial: 7.5 to 30 mg once daily (maximum: 60 mg/day as a single dose or in 2 divided doses).
