Elbow flexion exercise (dumbbell curl)
The exercise shown is used to strengthen the biceps muscles. From a standing position with their arm against their side and palm facing inward while holding an appropriate dumbbell, the patient flexes their elbow, while gradually turning the palm upward. The top position is held for two seconds, and then the arm is lowered back to the starting position.
