Reported Use
To reduce the duration of neutropenia and associated complications in patients with nonmyeloid malignancy following bone marrow transplant or following treatment with cytotoxic chemotherapy; mobilization of peripheral blood progenitor cells for harvesting and subsequent infusion; severe chronic neutropenia; aplastic anemia-induced neutropenia; HIV-related neutropenia; immunosuppressive therapy-induced neutropenia and myelodysplastic syndrome-related neutropenia
Dosage Range
Adults: Note: 150 mcg/m2 is clinically equivalent to 5 mcg/kg.
SubQ: 2 to 10 mcg/kg/day.
IV infusion: 2 to 5 mcg/kg/day.
