Reported Use

Treatment or prevention of neutropenia in patients receiving myelosuppressive therapy; acceleration of myeloid recovery following bone marrow transplantation

Dosage Range

Note: Dose varies by indication, maximum dose: 10 mcg/kg.

Cancer chemotherapy: SUBQ: 5 to 10 mcg/kg/day; starting 24 hours after last dose of chemotherapy, continued for 7 to 10 days.

Bone marrow transplantation: IV: 5 to 10 mcg/kg/day infused over 4 to 6 hours, starting day after transplantation, continued until absolute neutrophil count is in desirable range; maximum duration of treatment: 30 days.
