Oral:
Children 6 to 12 years: 4 mg 3 times daily or 5 to 7.5 mg 2 to 3 times daily or 5 to 10 mg up to 4 times daily (maximum: varies per product [12 mg/day to 40 mg/day])
Children >12 years, Adolescents, and Adults: 5 to 15 mg 3 to 4 times daily or 10 to 15 mg 2 to 3 times daily or 10 mg up to 6 times daily (maximum: varies per product [40 mg/day to 60 mg/day])
