Fleck sign of tarsometatarsal (Lisfranc) injury

Small avulsion fractures at the origin or insertion of the Lisfranc ligament, as shown in the plain radiograph above, may occur with a tarsometatarsal injury. Such fractures are referred to as the Fleck sign.
