Reported Use
Treatment of chronic heart failure due to systolic dysfunction, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, and tachyarrhythmia caused by atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.
Dosage Range
Adults:
IV: 0.05 to 0.25 mg 1 to 3 times daily.
Oral: 0.05 to 0.1 mg 1 to 3 times daily.
