For the relief of symptoms caused by histamine release including pruritus, eczema, urticaria, allergen-induced asthmatic reaction, food allergy, or rhinitis
Dosage Range
Oral:
Children and Adolescents: 0.5 mg/kg/dose twice daily
Adults: 30 to 60 mg twice daily
