The purpose of this chart is to help your clinician determine the correct dose of immune globulin for you. When you have a blood level of immune globulin measured, find the corresponding number on the far left and follow it across the graph to the correct week or month. Record the value with a dark circle. For some people, the levels should be checked regularly, while for others, a level may be needed only infrequently. Ask your clinician what is appropriate for you. When you get sick, record what kind of infection you have with a letter in a circle. Bring this chart to every appointment with your clinician. This is an example of how someone might fill out the chart. Your chart may look very different.
