Benign venous hum

Phonocardiogram recorded in a 3-year-old child with a benign venous hum. The recording was made in the supraclavicular region with the patient sitting with head extended. There is a continuous murmur which softened or resolved with flexion of the head, application of pressure over the cervical triangle, or when the patient was placed in the supine position.
