US tibionavicular and tibiotalar portions of deltoid ligament long axis view

This ultrasound image shows the tibionavicular and anterior tibiotalar components of the deltoid ligament in their long axis. Note the presence of a tibiotalar joint effusion (*) and attenuation of the deep (tibiotalar) component of the deltoid ligament from prior injury.
