Computed tomography of cicatrizing atelectasis

A coronal multiplanar reformation of multislice computed tomographic scan is shown. Cicatrizing atelectasis of the left upper lobe with traction bronchiectases due to prior granulomatous disease is seen. The patient has also diffuse centrilobular emphysema.
