Grade group	Gleason score and pattern
1	Grade 6 (3+3)
2	Grade 7 (3+4)
3	Grade 7 (4+3)
4	Grade 8 (4+4, 3+5, or 5+3)
5	Grade 9 or 10 (4+5, 5+4, or 5+5)
