Total thoracoabdominal aortic replacement

Open total thoracoabdominal aneurysm replacement. The left subclavian and left carotid artery have been debranched (re-routed) and the descending abdominal aorta is completely replaced with the intercostal (above) and visceral (below) vessels preserved and reimplanted as island patches.
