KTS: Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome; DCMO: diffuse capillary malformation with overgrowth; CLOVES: congenital lipomatous overgrowth, vascular malformations, epidermal nevi, and skeletal anomalies; M-CM/MCAP: macrocephaly-capillary malformation.
* The capillary malformation is often dark red/purple and geographic in KTS compared with DCMO, where the stain is pink, diffuse, and reticulated.
¶ Overgrowth is nonprogressive in DCMO but can be progressive in KTS. Lipomatous overgrowth is a prominent feature of CLOVES syndrome and can primarily involve the trunk.
