Sonographic appearance of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma

(A) Grayscale image shows a 12.6 x 7.8 cm cystic and solid right adnexal mass (calipers). There are thick, irregular septations and areas of wall thickening.

(B) Color Doppler shows flow in the solid elements and thickened septations. There is no benign sonographic entity that has this appearance; findings are most concerning for adnexal malignancy.
