Displaced dorsal avulsion fracture of the navicular

This lateral plain radiograph of the left foot reveals a mildly displaced dorsal avulsion fracture of the navicular (arrow) with overlying soft tissue edema. Note also the incidental finding of a bipartite os peroneum accessory bone (thick arrow).
