Antibody-mediated rejection Morphological tissue injury
Grade I (mild) Well-preserved architecture with mild interacinar inflammation and rare acinar cell damage
Grade II (moderate) Overall preserved architecture with interacinar infiltrates with multi-acinar cell damage/dropout, extravasation of red blood cells, and interacinar capillaritis
Grade III (severe) Architectural disarray, interstitial hemorrhage, multifocal parenchymal necrosis, arterial and venous wall necrosis and thrombosis
