Overall survival after surgical resection of perihilar cholangiocarcinoma at Nagoya University, Japan. Changes from the 7th Edition include removal of Bismuth-Corlette type IV tumors from the T4 category and downstaging of T4 tumors from stage IVA to IIIB.
