(A) Venogram demonstrating acute deep vein thrombosis of left iliac vein. This patient was shown to have severe stenosis of left common iliac vein using IVUS. It is common to miss venous stenosis on venogram if relying on only one projection of venography. (B) Prior to thrombolysis, a temporary inferior vena cava filter was placed.
