King vision channelled scope intubation

The video demonstrates intubation using the King vision channelled scope. Initial blade insertion provides a good laryngeal view but the operator has difficulty directing the endotracheal tube (ETT) toward the larynx. At approximately 26 seconds, the scope is partially withdrawn, reoriented dorsally and ETT advancement progresses easily. The technique is very similar to that employed with the Airtraq. Although laryngeal exposure with the two devices may be similar, the King vision scope offers much better image quality.
