Superficial thrombophlebitis and ischemic ulcer

The picture shows the foot of a young male with thromboangiitis obliterans. There is a region of superficial thrombophlebitis on the dorsum of the foot (arrow) and an ischemic ulcer at the tip of the first toe. Dependent rubor of the forefoot is also apparent.
