Gunshot wound to the penis

The images show a gunshot wound to the penis with associated injury to the urethra, corporal body, testicle, and soft tissue to the upper/medial thigh. The entry wound (A) can be seen on the dorsal penopubic junction. There is a large blast injury at exit wound (B). Scrotal exploration revealed an injured left testicle (C).
