Computed tomography of sarcomatoid malignant mesothelioma

(A) Computed tomography (CT) thorax in transverse plane shows circumferential right nodular pleural thickening with accompanying small right pleural effusion. The right lung is encased and smaller than the contralateral left lung.
(B) CT thorax with coronal plane rendering in the same patient shows right lateral nodular pleural masses (arrows) and right basal masses (arrowhead) with pleural effusion. The cardiomediastinal structures are deviated to the right due to encasement of the right lung and loss of volume.
