Stump compression after upper extremity amputation

The figures show typical compressive dressings that are used to reduce swelling of an upper extremity amputation stump and to help shape it for a prosthesis. Either wrapping with an elastic bandage (A) or an elastic shrinker stocking (B) can be used.
