Rates of aneurysm and dissection

Out of 921 patients from the US Registry for Fibromuscular Dysplasia, 41.7% overall experienced an aneurysm and/or dissection, of whom 147 patients had an aneurysm, 184 patients had dissection, and 53 patients experienced both, as reported in the patient's medical history or as a presenting sign or symptom of fibromuscular dysplasia.
