Chest radiograph of combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema (CPFE)

Chest radiograph shows characteristic bilateral upper lobe emphysema with scattered bullae as well as bibasal severe pulmonary fibrosis with honeycombing. The central pulmonary arteries are markedly dilated indicative of pulmonary hypertension which frequently accompany this entity.
