Reconstruction of humeral pseudoarthrosis

The image shows a pseudoarthrosis of the right humerus (A). The tissue at the proximal humerus and the site of the pseudoarthorosis were debrided. A bone graft was harvested from the fibula (B, C) and positioned between the proximal and distal fragments of the humerus, and fixed into position with an external fixator (D).
