Computed tomography (CT) of a bronchopleural fistula

(A) Axial CT of a left bronchopleural fistula in a patient following pneumonectomy. A patent left mainstem bronchus, an air fluid level (indicating failure of the postpneumonectomy space to completely fill with fluid), and mediastinal shift to the right are seen.
(B) Coronal reconstruction shows similar findings but the patent left main stem bronchus is more apparent.
