Chest wall reconstruction following rhabdosarcoma resection

Chest wall reconstruction following rhabdosarcoma resection
The pictures show a chest wall defect (A) that resulted from the resection of three ribs to remove a rhabdosarcoma. The chest wall was reconstructed with a synthetic mesh interposition graft (B; thick arrow) sutured to the ribs to stabilize the chest wall and a latissimus dorsi flap (B; thin arrow) to cover the defect.
