Repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm with iliac occlusion

Repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm with iliac occlusion
A patient with known abdominal aortic aneurysm presented with claudication. Arteriography demonstrated a right external iliac occlusion (A). The occlusion was crossed using a contralateral access. Right femoral artery access was then obtained (B) and the contralateral wire was snared (C). An 8 French sheath was introduced and advanced into the right common iliac artery (D). The aortic stent-graft (Endologix) was deployed in the routine fashion, and the right external iliac occlusion was treated with a stent-graft (E, F).
