Radiation dermatitis

A 60-year-old male patient developed radiation recall within a previous radiation therapy field to his thoracic spine for metastatic melanoma. He was treated with 20 Gy in 5 fractions of radiation therapy 2 months prior to the start of anti-PD-1 antibody. This skin reaction developed approximately 3 weeks after his first infusion of anti-PD-1 antibody.
