Treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in ambulatory patients ≥2 years of age who have a confirmed nonsense mutation in the dystrophin gene.
Children ≥2 years of age (and ≥12 kg), Adolescents, and Adults: Oral: 40 mg/kg/day in 3 divided doses (10 mg/kg in the morning, 10 mg/kg at midday, and 20 mg/kg in the evening); allow 6 hours to lapse between morning and midday dose, 6 hours between midday and evening dose, and 12 hours between evening dose and the first dose the next morning
