The image shows a CT of the head in a 17-year-old male with sickle cell disease who presented with bilateral arm and leg pain, headaches, facial swelling, and low-grade fevers. An infectious disease evaluation was negative.

(A) Subcutaneous soft tissue swelling in the left frontal region, left parietal region, and right frontal region.
(B) Small epidural fluid collection overlying the left parietal lobe.
