Therapeutic laryngoscopy for exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction. The video monitor is positioned so the patient can see laryngeal narrowing as it occurs during a sprint on the cycle ergometer. The patient can try various breathing strategies to reduce laryngeal obstruction with real-time feedback.
